治療前の赤血球の状態は連銭状（ルロー）でドロドロ血液を表す。毛細血管の内径は8ミクロンなのに対し、赤血球の直径は10ミクロンなので、赤血球が毛細血管を通過するには写真の様に折れ曲がった矢じり状にならなければスムースに通過できない。

 The status of the red blood cells before treatment represents a muddy blood in a roulette. Capillary blood vessels have an inner diameter of 8 microns, whereas red blood cells have a diameter of 10 microns. Unless it turns into a bent arrowhead as shown in the picture, it cannot pass smoothly.

治療前のような連銭状（ルロー）では毛細血管をスムースに流れることができず、瘀血状態となり、末梢細胞のガス交換がうまくいかずエネルギー産生が低下、中間代謝産物（乳酸、ピルビン酸などの疲労物質）、CO₂の貯留による機能低下、免疫力低下が起こる。1回の全身施術後は、全身の血液循環が促進され、赤血球は完璧ではないまでもバラバラになりいい状態になっている。
